Railings and terraces for Maho and Cupecoy
From Maho Village to the Cupecoy cliffs, this corner of the island lives on condos, rentals and sea views. That combination has one requirement above all others: outdoor structures that look after themselves.

Owners are often elsewhere — the terrace can't need them
A large share of the properties between Maho, Beacon Hill, Mullet Bay and Porto Cupecoy are rentals or second homes. Nobody flies in to sand a deck. Timber that misses its maintenance cycle in this exposure fails fast — and a shabby terrace shows up in guest reviews long before it shows up in a survey.
Powder-coated aluminium removes the cycle entirely: no sanding, no oiling, no rot treatment. A rinse with clean water after a salty week is the whole routine, whether you are on the island or not.

Balconies, cliff edges and trade winds
Beacon Hill and Cupecoy take the wind head-on, and many of the best terraces sit high over the water. Here the railing is the project: it has to hold, it has to last, and it should disappear into the view.
- Five railing models from 255 to 390 € per linear metre (reference, excl. installation) — CLARIS and AERIS glass for the view, LINEA balusters for family terraces
- Designed to comply with French safety standard NF P01-012 for guardrail height and gap dimensions
- Aluminium frames with stainless steel fixings — the fixing is what fails first on a badly specified cliff-side railing
- Condo balcony decking laid over existing slabs on adjustable pedestals, no structural work needed
How pricing works
One final figure, in writing
Our rate card is the same across the Caribbean: decking 450–550 € per m² installed, pergola structures 550–650 € per m², railings from 255 € per linear metre — as French West Indies reference prices. Because Sint Maarten sits outside the French legal and tax framework, shipping, customs clearance and any local taxes are additional and itemised on your quote, and the warranty terms applying to your project are stated in writing before you commit.
We are a French West Indies manufacturer — workshops in Saint-François (Guadeloupe) and Les Trois-Îlets (Martinique) — not a local Sint Maarten office, and we would rather say so plainly. What you get is made-to-measure manufacturing, installation, and every cost on paper before you decide.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you re-deck a condo balcony without heavy work?
Usually yes — aluminium boards go over the existing slab on adjustable pedestals, without demolition. We confirm the build-up height and drainage during the survey before anything is ordered.
Which railing works best for a rental property?
For sea-view units, CLARIS or AERIS glazed railings keep the view. Where children are the priority, LINEA's vertical balusters are the easy choice. All five models are aluminium with stainless fixings, so upkeep stays near zero between guests.
Do you coordinate with property managers?
Yes. Quotes, scheduling and site coordination can run through your property manager, in English, with everything confirmed in writing.
