French standard NF P01-012 requires a minimum height of 1 metre wherever there is a fall risk of more than 1 m. GT MAT builds all its railings to this standard.

For balusters, NF P01-012 limits gaps in the lower section (an 11 cm object must not pass through) to prevent a young child from slipping through. Our LINEA and NÉRÉA railings are dimensioned accordingly.

Yes. Aluminium does not rust and, with Qualicoat-certified powder coating, stainless steel fixings and anti-corrosion treatment, it is the reference material for railings in a marine environment — unlike steel, which corrodes in salt air.

Glass (CLARIS, AERIS) fully preserves the view — ideal facing the sea. Balusters (LINEA) are sober and timeless. The openwork screen (NÉRÉA) brings privacy and plays of shadow. NOCTIS adds integrated LED lighting. We advise based on your location and style.

Almost none. A simple rinse with fresh water is enough, even by the sea. Aluminium does not rust and the powder coating keeps its look without any particular treatment.
