What survives a Saint-Martin seafront
Between Marigot, Grand-Case, Baie Orientale, Anse Marcel and Terres Basses, most of the island's best plots are exactly the ones that punish outdoor materials hardest: salt air, full sun and driving rain. Timber decking needs sanding and oiling on a relentless cycle; steel corrodes; tile grout holds mould.

What does an aluminium deck cost in Saint-Martin?
Our reference price is 450 to 550 € per m² installed, the same range as in Guadeloupe and Martinique. Freight to the island and any locally applicable taxes are itemised separately on your quote.
Do you install bioclimatic pergolas in Saint-Martin?
Yes. The structure is 550 € per m² in the Classic range (wind-certified 160 to 180 km/h) and 650 € per m² in the Premium range (180 to 220 km/h), excluding installation at 60 € per m². On exposed and seafront plots the Premium range is usually the right specification.
And aluminium railings?
Yes — five models from 255 to 390 € per linear metre excluding installation (CLARIS, LINEA, NÉRÉA, AERIS, NOCTIS), designed to comply with French safety standard NF P01-012.
Do you cover both sides of the island?
We quote projects on the French side and on the Dutch side. Because Sint Maarten sits outside the French legal and tax framework, we handle it on a separate page with its own conditions.
