A plain-language summary of what we do with your information, and how to exercise your rights.
This English text is provided for convenience. GT MAT Caraïbes is a French company and these terms are governed by French law: in the event of any discrepancy, the French version is the legally binding one.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to answer you and prepare your quote. We never sell your data and never pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
What we hold
- Your identity and contact details: name, email, phone number.
- Your project: location, approximate area, product required and anything you tell us in your message.
- Technical data strictly necessary to operate and secure the site.
Who can see it
- Authorised GT MAT Caraïbes staff handling your request.
- Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc.
- Our transactional email provider, used to deliver your request to us.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests without a follow-up order: 3 years from the last contact.
- Client records: for the duration of the commercial relationship, plus the statutory retention periods.
- Cookies placed with your consent: 13 months maximum. Your consent choice: 6 months.
Your rights under the GDPR
You may request access to your data, correct it, have it erased, receive it in a portable format, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to contact@gtmatcaraibes.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
