A material that matches the architecture
Modern builds age badly when their outdoor surfaces don't keep up. Timber softens the lines within two seasons; render stains; steel streaks. Powder-coated aluminium holds its edge — literally — with Qualicoat-certified finishes in contemporary shades from deep anthracite to warm wood-look.
Everything is made to measure in our own workshops, so board lines, railing runs and pergola spans land exactly where the drawings put them. We work directly with owners, architects and builders, in English.

Slopes, views, and getting the structure right
Most Indigo Bay plots step down toward the water. That is a structural question before it is a design one: the deck needs a proper substructure on pedestals or posts, engineered for the slope and confirmed on site.

How pricing works
One final figure, in writing
Our rate card is the same across the Caribbean: decking 450–550 € per m² installed, pergola structures 550–650 € per m², railings from 255 € per linear metre — as French West Indies reference prices. Because Sint Maarten sits outside the French legal and tax framework, shipping, customs clearance and any local taxes are additional and itemised on your quote, and the warranty terms applying to your project are stated in writing before you commit.
We are a French West Indies manufacturer — workshops in Saint-François (Guadeloupe) and Les Trois-Îlets (Martinique) — not a local Sint Maarten office, and we would rather say so plainly. What you get is made-to-measure manufacturing, installation, and every cost on paper before you decide.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work from architect drawings on a new build?
Yes — for new villas we prefer it. We take dimensions from the plans, confirm on site once the slab or structure is ready, and coordinate timing with your contractor so the terrace lands at the right stage of the build.
Can deck, railings and pergola share one colour?
Yes, and on contemporary builds it is what we recommend: one RAL reference across all three, in Qualicoat-certified powder coating, so the outdoor envelope reads as a single design.
How is a sloping plot handled?
With an engineered aluminium substructure on adjustable pedestals or posts. We assess the slope at the site survey and the solution is confirmed in writing before manufacturing starts.
